How do they Work?

Clients can only go on an inspection trip if they are pre-approved for a mortgage
A representative will fly out to Portugal on the Thursday and will fly back to the UK on the Sunday.
Clients can only arrive on the Friday or the Saturday. We can only collect clients from Faro Airport.
Inspection Trips will be conducted fortnightly, please contact us to confirm dates.
If you would like to sign your power of attorney, you will have to arrive on the Friday morning.

Do the Clients Have to pay fo the Trip?

Initially yes, but we will pay the following on completion of the property sale:

Flight cost up-to £250 on production of a flight receipt

Hotel costs Up-to one nights accommodation on Production of Hotel receipt

Booking your Trip

Clients will need to confirm with us their flight times prior to booking.
Once email confirmation has been provided by us, the Clients can then book their flights.
Once booked the client must email flight schedule to us along with credit card details to reserve the hotel.
We will email back confirmation of the booking including the itinerary for their trip based on whether they arrive the Friday or the Saturday.
Clients must book their flights a minimum of 4 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Arrivals and Departures

We will be happy to collect any clients from the airport and we will be happy to drop any clients off on the Sunday, no later than 14:00.
However, If the client would prefer to extend their stay or make their own way to the airport, then the client will have to pay for the taxi/bus or other transport services themselves.
